with today's technology everyone wants as little of their time wasted as possible. sms must be delivered instantly, switch on computer can straight away go online and play games, learn how to play a song instantly by looking up the tablatures.

what we miss out on is the process in which we obtain our gratifications. i shall identify this problem as instant gratification, and i deem this instant gratification as the downfall of youths brought up in this age of advanced technology.
